All purchases are fully exchangeable if in original condition and sent with a valid exchange code labeled clearly on or inside the parcel. Exchange codes are issued via email provided the request is made within 30 days of the dispatch of your item from our head office (applicable to both domestic and international orders). Please email email@example.com if for any reason you would like to exchange your item and receive an exchange code.
If the item you wish to exchange for is not on hand, a lead time of 4-6 weeks may apply, however, a 2-3 week lead time is usually possible.
If you are unsure the fit of our smocks or blouses will work for you then please email firstname.lastname@example.org as we may be able to issue you a refund code that entitles you to send your item back for full refund if the item isn't suitable.
